Requirements

To ensure success in our fast-paced and physically demanding roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:

âś” Attendance & Punctuality: A strong commitment to reliability.

âś” Transportation: A dependable way to get to work daily.

âś” Attention to Detail: Pride in your work and attention to quality.

âś” Team Player: Ready to collaborate and support your crew.

âś” Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on roofs and at high elevations, and be comfortable with heights.

âś” Full-Time Availability: Available 6 days a week, willing to work 50+ hours, and up to 90 hours during peak times from September to February.

Positions Available

Groundsperson (Non-Driver)
$14 – $17 per hour

Works with a crew to install lights on trees, bushes, and buildings up to 24 feet high, using ladders and taking direction from the Crew Leader.

Driver/Crew Leader
$14 – $20 per hour

Leads a team and operates a truck, installing lights on various structures. A clean driver’s license is required.

Bucket Truck Operator/Crew Leader
$18 – $25 per hour

Directs a crew and uses bucket trucks reaching up to 58 feet to wrap trees and buildings. Requires a clean driver’s license.

Operations Supervisors
$25 – $50 per hour

Assists with management, coordinates fleet operations, and works alongside crews. Needs a clean driver’s license and a strong understanding of installation.

Office Assistants
$15 – $25 per hour

Supports the Office and Operations Managers with billing, inventory, fleet maintenance, and employee administration.

Operations Manager (Warehouse/Office)
$50,000 – $90,000 per year (Salaried)

Works with field teams and the owner, learning all aspects of the business. This role requires dedication, a quick learning curve, and a commitment to long hours during peak season.
