Are you licensed and insured?

ANSWER
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured with a comprehensive General Liability policy, Auto policy and Umbrella policy. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance any job that may require it.

How long have we been in business?

ANSWER
Randy's Holiday Lighting has been spreading holiday cheer since 2000. Founded by Randy Gillman, the business started with just one truck, one helper, and a handful of clients. Over the years, we've grown into one of the largest holiday lighting provider in South Florida, now serving over 600 clients with an owned fleet of 20 bucket trucks and a dedicated team of 55+ employees.

What’s included in your service?

ANSWER
We offer a complete, on-demand turnkey service for all your holiday lighting and decor needs. From installation and maintenance to takedown and storage, we handle it all. Our holiday lighting services include landscape, building, monument lighting, and dazzling holiday displays. For greens and decor, we provide custom-decorated and lit Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, sprays, and menorahs in various sizes to perfectly suit your space.

Do we own the lights?

ANSWER
No, all of our product is leased except in special circumstances. We re-use our LED lights for 3 years and then dispose of them. All lights we use are guaranteed and we won’t use any products that are in poor condition.

Can we purchase our Christmas tree, wreath, garland, or menorah?

ANSWER
Not usually, since we handle everything from purchasing the product, purchasing the decorations, decorating the items, delivering and installing them, maintaining them, picking them up and storing them all year, it’s really best to lease.  This way we don’t get in an argument over mishandling of the decorations or who is supposed to fix what and who is to pay for it.  It’s all included in a lease!

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?

ANSWER
You call us at 561-845-8000 or email us at [email protected]. You can also submit a Maintenance Request through the link in the Footer. Our Operations Team will arrange for a crew to come out and make the necessary repairs. We guarantee to repair or replace items within 48 hours but usually it’s within 24 hours. Our warranty period extends from November 15 to January 2, during which time any service calls are covered by us. If service is required outside the warranty window, a service call fee may apply in addition to the cost of replacement of any items.
